What is the difference between the t-3300 and the
t-3300i?

The alarms both have the same features, except the t-3300i model uses a battery back-up siren in place of the standard piezo siren that comes with the t-3300 alarm.

What are the alarm's dimension's?

The alarm is approx. 2.9" wide x 3.9" long (Includes the connector and protective covering) x 1.2" high



Do you offer premium delivery service?
Yes. For those occasions when you need something in a hurry, we offer premium next business day air service for select products at an additional charge. Premium delivery service options are available at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot offer expedited shipping options on items shipped to APO/FPO addresses, or to U.S. Territories.

Do you refund shipping charges?
We refund shipping charges in the following cases:
1. We ship an incorrect product.
2. We ship a broken or defective product.
3. The carrier damages a product during shipping.

When can you expect delivery of your order?
Most items leave our warehouse within two business days after you place your order. As soon as it ships, we e-mail you your shipment details, including a tracking number. You can expect most packages to be delivered to their destination within 5-10 business days from the shipping date. Items being delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories may take 4-6 weeks from the shipping date to complete delivery. Items shipped to APO/FPO destinations will be delivered to the APO/FPO address within 5-10 business days. Final delivery of those items will be subject to the terms and conditions of APO/FPO services.

Order never received?
We strive to ship items accurately and use tracked service for almost every product on our web site to try to prevent losing your item in transit. If you have tracked your package and found any discrepancies in the delivery or have not received your order after the 10-14 business day time frame, please contact one of our customer service representatives here , so we can research the status of your package and resolve this issue.



We are committed to ship your order for in stock items within 2 days of confirmed payment. Items not in stock will be back-ordered and delivered when available. Contact us for a delivery estimate. We take special care to pack items so they will arrive undamaged and in perfect working condition. All items will be then be shipped via UPS or Canada Post with the method you choose at time of checkout.

  1. All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Exchanges and credits cannot be processed without one.
  2. RMA must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Thereafter, all sales are final.
  3. The returned package must be received within 10 business days of the RMA issue date.
  4. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  5. When returning products, you will pay the shipping yourselves, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item.
  6. All items must be returned in NEW condition as shipped from the manufacturer. Boxes, packaging materials, wrappers, cartons, instruction manuals, warranty cards, and products must be in their original condition without markings, tape, folds, or defacing of any kind. Products returned in other than new condition will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
  7. Products returned in damaged or unacceptable condition will be returned to the customer with out exchange. Condition will be assessed at the discretion of Talon Motorcycle Technologies.







While all Talon systems are universal and will fit on any motorcycle, the available OEM connector kits will plug directly into the factory connectors on most bikes, making installation simple and clean.

Return items must be sent via insured, prepaid Regular Parcel Post. Insuring your return allows you to track your parcel with Canada Post.

Please Note: We cannot accept CODs or courier deliveries.


From outside Canada
Ship goods prepaid, by insured Surface Mail (USPS). To avoid unnecessary delays, please write "Canadian Goods returning" on the outside of the package.

Please Note: Do not return items by UPS or other carriers, as duty and / or brokerage fees will be charged, and Talon Motorcycle Technologies will refuse your return.
